NBN is looking to have 3 to 4 teams participate in this event.  The first age group with 3 to 4 teams to express their interest and submit their roster/waiver form will get to play.

  • Play on the NBA Development League Court at the Austin Convention Center

  • Nothin' But Net Trophy to the Winner

  • Champions photo and write up of event with all participants names on the Nothin' But Net website

  • Team Registration includes team and coaches tickets to the TOROS game following the Round Robin.

  • Family fun… The tickets you sell to your family and friends will get them into your game and the Toros game.  A great Sunday activity.

Central Texas Basketbrawl Tournament Flyer

Tournament is open to 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th (15U) grade basketball teams.

This tournament promises to be a lot of fun for kids and adults.  Hurry and register your team for our Inaugural tournament. Deadline: June 30, 2009

 2009 Basketbrawl Champion Trophies

 

"Nothin' But Net" was created in response to a need in the Austin, Pflugerville and Round Rock Area for gym space and tournament rental space for athletes and their coaches.  The athletes in our area for the most part do not have a place to practice their sport.  Yes, there are some churches and some recreational facilities, but the need is greater than the supply.

We want to provide organized and planned tournaments in a clean and safe indoor facility.  It will have an upscale concession stand that will offer some of the best Texas barbeque and Louisiana dishes along with other snack foods and drinks.  Parents will not have to worry about being asked to keep the stats or run the game clock.  Team trophies and Championship t-shirts will be given out to all 1st place teams. 

Our facility will alleviate the need of youths (not just teenagers) who have the desire to participate in sports, but nowhere to go.  Nothin’ But Net will facilitate our kids to develop their physical skills, build self-confidence and mental endurance that it takes to deal with the pressure and stresses in their daily activities.  Life is a tournament; you win one game at a time!

Our organization began hosting tournaments in the area in July 2009.  There is no excuse for not striving for perfection.  We want all our kids (girls and boys) to have fun and for those serious-minded athletes and their parents we want to provide a place in our area where productive work on the mind, body and soul of the athlete can take place.  We are not politically affiliated and we want to keep it that way.  We want anyone that wants to participate to do so.  We are not interested in cornering the market.

We are currently in negotiation with National Organizations and others to become partners with us for our tournaments.  Our Tournament Facility Goal will be realized in 2010.
